The history of Gebrüder Röders AG in Soltau began a long time ago: wool felt was produced here for the first time in 1847.
NEW AT RÖDERS: NEEDLE FELT
In 1966, the first needle felt is produced, which is still the basis for Pioneer Liner’s hose liners today. This step expands the product portfolio and ensures that Gebrüder Röders AG meets the changing needs of its customers. In 1972, the first filter media are also produced. New markets are opened up again.
OFF WE GO WITH LINERS
The first hose liner is produced in 1986. A milestone for Gebrüder Röders AG and a step towards even more diversity and growth.

PIONEER®LINER XTRA is the unique patented hose system for the rehabilitation of pipelines with expandable use. The installation creates two independent, separate pipelines that can be used as required. This makes new, cost-effective and modernizing infrastructure improvements possible.
INVESTMENT IN THE FUTURE
A new sewing machine for house connection and in-house liners will be introduced in 2021. This state-of-the-art machine improves the efficiency and precision of production.
CHANGE FOR GROWTH
In 2023, Gebrüder Röders AG takes a decisive step towards the future by focusing on the production of “liners” for trenchless pipe rehabilitation. A short time later, the new Pioneer Liner brand is born.
